• Valid driver's license required for vehicle rental
• Drivers must meet provincial licensing requirements

Account Registration:

• You must provide accurate and complete information
• You are responsible for maintaining account confidentiality
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• One person may not create multiple accounts

Driver Verification:

• License must be in good standing without major violations

3. Use of Services

Acceptable Use:

• Vehicles may not be used for driver instruction or racing
• Smoking is prohibited in all vehicles

Geographic Restrictions:

• Vehicles are authorized for use in British Columbia and surrounding provinces
• International travel requires prior written approval
• Ferry travel may have additional requirements
• Unauthorized use outside permitted areas voids insurance

User Responsibilities:

• Report any accidents or damage immediately
• Maintain proper care of the vehicle during rental period
• Return vehicle with same fuel level as provided
• Comply with all parking regulations and traffic laws
• Pay all tolls, parking fees, and traffic fines incurred

4. Prohibited Activities

Users may not:

• Violate any applicable federal, provincial, or local laws
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Transmit harmful code, viruses, or malicious software
• Attempt unauthorized access to our systems or networks
• Engage in fraudulent activities or misrepresentation
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users or staff
• Use vehicles for illegal transportation or contraband
• Sublease or rent vehicles to third parties
• Modify or tamper with vehicle systems or equipment
• Use vehicles in ways that void manufacturer warranties

5. Pricing and Payment

Service Fees:

• Prices are displayed in Canadian Dollars (CAD)
• Rates are subject to change based on demand and availability
• Additional fees may apply for optional services or coverage
• All prices include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated

Payment Terms:

• Valid credit card required for all rentals
• Payment is processed at time of booking or service
• Security deposits may be required for certain services
• Corporate accounts may have customized billing arrangements

Additional Charges:

• Late return fees apply beyond scheduled return time
• Cleaning fees for excessive dirt or damage
• Fuel charges if not returned with agreed level
• Traffic fines, tolls, and parking violations
• Damage repair costs not covered by insurance

6. Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation Policy:

• Cancellations must be made through our booking system or by contacting us
• Cancellation fees may apply depending on timing
• 48-hour advance notice typically required for full refund
• No-shows result in forfeiture of rental fee

Refund Processing:

• Approved refunds processed within 7-10 business days
• Refunds issued to original payment method
• Processing time depends on financial institution
• Subscription cancellations subject to different terms

7. Insurance and Liability

Insurance Coverage:

• Basic insurance coverage included with all rentals
• Additional coverage options available for purchase
• Coverage details provided at time of booking
• Users responsible for deductibles as per policy

Limitation of Liability:

• We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages
• Liability limited to direct damages actually incurred
• Maximum liability limited to fees paid for the service
• Users assume risk of vehicle operation
• Force majeure events exempt us from liability

8. Intellectual Property

All content on our website and in our materials remains the property of Atlas Transit:

• Trademarks, logos, and brand elements are protected
• Website content protected by copyright law
• Limited license granted for personal, non-commercial use
• No reproduction without written permission
• User-generated content license grants us usage rights

9. Dispute Resolution
